Technical Secretariat

The Technical Secretariat is the administrative body of PUMA Cooperation and it is managed by the Bank of Italy.

The Technical Secretariat's activities are:

• preparing documents for the meetings of the Strategic Committee and Functional Groups;
• writing the minutes of the Strategic Committee meetings;
• archiving and keeping the reports of the Functional Groups;
• collecting applications to the PUMA initiative and submitting them to the Strategic Committee;
• summoning the Strategic Committee and the Functional Groups;
• updating the PUMA dictionary on the basis of the measures taken by the Functional Groups;
• publishing PUMA documentation produced by the Functional Groups on the website;
• analysing and studying specific issues raised during the meetings of the Functional Groups, in collaboration with the competent supervisory reporting bodies.
• sharing the findings of the abovementioned studies with the members of the Functional Groups;
• managing the PUMA mailbox and involving the members of the Functional Groups as instructed by the Strategic Committee;
• initiating the written procedures of the Strategic Committee, if requested by one of its members.
